As the new year has just arrived, we at Dough Tech are kicking it into high gear for the upcoming year. We’ve been so busy with everything going on that we forgot to write a blog post for last month. Well here we are, better late than never so we’ll keep this one short and to the point. Really, it’s just a tidbit of news about the upcoming year.
In September we will be going to the IBIE tradeshow, and to be honest, we are excited about that. IBIE (International Baking Industry Exposition) is a place where people in the baking industry, more specific, baking equipment industry, get together to show off all the fancy technology they have. We’re talking everything from refrigeration to dough dividers to cookie making machines. IBIE is also a place for bakers to learn new tricks regarding pizza, snack food, bread production and a whole lot more. It’s not only a place for us to showcase our stuff, but also a place where we can see industry trends a learn a thing or two from the very talented speakers and companies that will be displaying their products. As we said, we are very excited.
